John Valve's casting plant produces its castings for valve parts and provides custom castings and precision machined products. The one-stop service saves customers time and effort in searching for suppliers for different processes. We strictly control the precision of every machined part. We are a trustworthy, reliable partner who has supported our customers primarily for over 30 years.
Not only available in common metallic materials such as 1.4408, 1.4409, 1.4308, and 1.0619 in EN (European Standard), CF8M, CF3M CF8, WCB, in ASME (American Standard), and SCS14, SCS13, SCS16 in JIS (Japanese Standard), but also for customized special needs. We can provide special alloy valves according to customers' special requests. Whether you need special material ball valves or precision investment casting parts, John Valve can provide the appropriate products according to the customer's design drawings and inspection requirements.
By using a spectrometer, we can accurately control the composition of the material. We double-check the material composition before the casting process and after casting parts are complete to ensure that each element is qualified within the correct range. Except for the Chemical analyzer, each furnace is cast with casting piece samples and bars to conduct the material's mechanical testing. We set a very high standard system on HeatNumber control. Hence every piece from John Valve has the material test result traceability.

The material grade we offer is Duplex/Super Duplex, Hastelloy C276, Alloy20, Monel, 904L, 254 SMO, Inconel, Titanium, and standard 316/316L, 304/304L, WCB/WCC/LCB/LC2. Also in Bronze series: C84400, RG5 /C83600, Nickel Aluminum Bronze C95800.

For example, duplex steels CD3MN (2205), Super Duplex ( 1.4469 ), and CK3MCuN (254 SMO) for desalination or marine equipment. The 1.4435 or low ferrite (≤0.1) stainless steels are valued in the pharmaceutical industry. CX2MW (Hastelloy C-22), CW12MW (Hastelloy C), for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. CN7M (Alloy 20) and Monel400, 904L (1.4539), 1.4550 are requested by customers in the industry. And Bronze RG5 /C83600, C95800 for the marine and transformer system.
