Not only available in common metallic materials such as 1.4408, 1.4409, 1.4308, and 1.0619 in EN (European Standard), CF8M, CF3M CF8, WCB, in ASME (American Standard), and SCS14, SCS13, SCS16 in JIS (Japanese Standard), but also for customized special needs. We can provide special alloy valves according to customers' special requests. By using a spectrometer, we can accurately control the composition of the material. We double-check the material composition before the casting process and after casting parts are completed to ensure that each element is qualified within the correct range.In addition to the Chemical analyzer, each furnace is poured with casting piece samples and bars to conduct the material's mechanical testing. We set a very high standard system on HeatNumber control. Hence every piece from John Valve has the material test result traceability.
